Life has presented me with many Challenges which I have helped me in my Personal & Spiritual Growth and have encouraged me in to the field of Coaching.
For the past 27 + Years I have Lived A Challenging yet Rewarding Lifestyle Living in several different Countries. I was an Expat Child, an Expat/Migrant Spouse, and for a while I raised Expat children. Now divorced I have made yet another move to Australia. These Life Experiences have taught me how to Cope with, and Enjoy Change.
I specialise in expat/migrant issues as well as the often difficult process of Change in other situations. With new Awareness, Changes in our lives can offer the Opportunity to make New and Positive Choices
I believe in an Honest, Open and Relaxed Approach.
